Directly delivered from the brewery in Fushimi, the winter-only "Tarekuchi" sake is made from unpasteurized raw sake.

We recommend sake from Yamamoto Honke, a long-established brewery in Fushimi.Our restaurant is run by the son of the previous owner, Genbei (he is 65 years old), and we maintain the traditions and flavors of this long-established restaurant.
